HITT 1301 - Health Data Content and Structure HITT 1301 - Health Data Content and Structure (3:3:1 ) This course provides an introduction to systems and processes for collecting, maintaining, and disseminating primary and secondary health-related information. It contains instruction in delivery and organizational structure to include content of health records, documentation requirements, registries, indices, licensing, regulatory agencies, forms and screens.
