DFTG 2302 - Machine Drafting DFTG 2302 - Machine Drafting This course covers the production of detail and assembly drawings of machines, threads, gears, utilizing tolerances, limit dimensioning, and surface finishes. The student will be able to interpret terms used in tolerancing, identify dimensions of two mating parts, draw spur and/or bevel gears, draw details and assemblies, identify interference and clearance fits, identify types of thread forms, and interpret thread notes. Semester Hours: 3
