CJUS 1103 — Basic Law Enforcement II

Prerequisite: CJUS 1102 This course covers the second half of 728 + hour Ohio Basic Peace Officer Training Academy. Basic Law Enforcement I and II provide the student with the fundamentals of entry-level peace officer train- ing for employment as a law enforcement officer. The student will learn the technical and social skills needed to perform in the area of law enforcement. There is an increasing demand for better educated law enforcement personnel so the successful student can expect job op- portunities as a peace officer. This program is offered in conjunction with the Greenfield Police Department.
