CAR 115 — Res Planning/Estimating
This course covers project planning, management, and estimating for residential or light commercial buildings. Topics include planning and scheduling, interpretation of working drawings and specifications, estimating practices, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
