ECED 1023 — ENVIRONMENTS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
Pre-requisite: Admission to the Early Childhood Education program. This course is designed to provide the student with a broad knowledge base on how to design a program for children developing both typically and atypically. The course provides the opportunity to plan environments that are physically and emotionally secure. Students plan and implement activities that are developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and engage family involvement for children birth to five years. A minimum of 6 observation hours are required. This course is part of the CDA Credential.
