Acts Equivalent Course Number = BIOL 2004 Pre-requisite: Pass BIOL 2064 or BIOL 1004 with a grade of “C” or better. The course/lab incorporates critical thinking as students are introduced to the world of microbes, including those that cause human diseases. Concepts covered include classification, metabolism, morphology, and identification of bacteria plus basic techniques for the microbiology laboratory.
