DIES 169 — ADVANCED ELECTRONICS AND EMISSIONS

MANAGEMENT – 3 Units Prerequisites: DIES 160, DIES 164, and DIES 166 with a grade of C or higher Class Hours : 18 lecture/108 lab total (when offered in the distance education format, hours will total 162) This is an advanced course that covers the computerized diesel engine management systems and emissions packages found on current medium and heavy duty trucks. Students will gain real world experience by testing, analyzing, and repairing these systems. This course may be offered in a distance education format.
