PA 6113 - Professional Project PA 6113 - Professional Project The professional project is intended to be a capstone for the MPA degree. It should demonstrate a level of competence on the part of the student that is expected of one with a professional degree. This will involve providing a product for a public or non-profit agency. Same as SE 6113 . Fall, spring, summer.
