IENG 4143 - Production Planning and Control IENG 4143 - Production Planning and Control This course will focus on understanding the production planning decision tools necessary to design and manage the global supply chain. It will cover applied quantitative methods as part of the decision-making process of demand forecasting and enterprise planning. Basic concepts in strategy, forecasting, demand planning, inventory control, and value stream mapping will be taught and utilized to enable the decision-making process based on applied algorithms.
