BIOL 3243 - Introduction to Toxicology BIOL 3243 - Introduction to Toxicology An introduction to the field of toxicology with an emphasis on the classification of toxic agents, the characteristics of exposure, mechanisms of toxins, and the adverse effects of toxins. Methods and regulatory aspects for conducting toxicity studies will be reviewed. Lecture three hours. Same as CHEM 3243 . Fall.
