REST 125 — Real Estate Practice 3 Units
Students will be provided an in-depth study of the day-to-day operations and professional practices of real estate agents in California. Topics include prospecting for clients, listing and marketing properties, preparing purchase agreements, handling disclosures, and understanding escrow procedures. Students will explore ethical standards, risk management, and compliance with California real estate laws and regulations. Emphasis is placed on practical skills such as client communication, negotiation strategies, and the use of technology in real estate transactions. This is a required course for both the California Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker licenses.
