REAL42 — Real Estate Finance
Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every term Advisories: REAL 40 with a grade of “C” or better. This course is an introduction to current financial practices and legislation related to real property transactions. The course includes regulations, principles, practices, and terminology of financing real estate property. The course is designed to assist the student in the banking, savings and loan, real estate, and legal fields to understand and apply these regulations and computations. The course is applicable toward a requirement for state licensure as a real estate salesperson or broker. (CSU)
