Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every odd fall term Advisories: BUS 8 or POLS C1000 and LAW 2 each with a grade of “C” or better. This course involves the study of federal court procedure and the impact of U.S. constitutional law on other federal and state law. Topics include interpreting the Constitution, as well as locating, analyzing, summarizing, and applying U.S. Supreme Court opinions and cases. (CSU)
