ENGL49D — Creative Writing: Play and Screen Writing
Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade General Education: Delta Area 3 Term Typically Every spring term This course is to the student seriously interested in writing stage plays and/or screenplays. Emphasis is placed on the study of the craft of writing for the stage or screen; the artistry employed by successful, established, published authors; and constructive group criticism of manuscripts submitted for the course. Emphasis is on plot, character, dialogue, structure, and format. (HBCU, CSU)
