ECE37 — Administration I: Programs in Early Childhood Education

Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every fall term Advisories: ECE 31B and ECE 32A with a grade of “C” or better. This course is an introduction to the administration of early childhood programs. Program types, budget, management, regulations, laws, development and implementation of policies and procedures are covered. Administrative tools, philosophies, and techniques needed to organize, open, and operate an early care and education program are examined. (CSU)
