BUS35 — Introduction to Leadership
Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Term Typically Every fall term This course builds awareness of personal traits and styles in developing leadership skills and philosophy. The course is organized around key leader responsibilities such as creating a vision, establishing a constructive climate, and overcoming obstacles. Topics include how leaders can embrace diversity and inclusion, as well as the dark side of leadership and ethical leadership styles. (CSU)
