BUS24 — Retail Management
Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every fall term Advisories: BUS 20 with a grade of “C” or better. This course is designed to focus on retail store operations with an emphasis on consumer behavior, store location and layout, merchandising, pricing, retail promotion and advertising, human resource management, and legal and ethical issues. This course will also cover developments in globalization, multi-channel retailing, and the use of the Internet to improve operating efficiencies and customer service. (CSU)
