ASCI47 — Small Ruminant Science
Units: 3 Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every spring term Advisories: ASCI 10 and ASCI 10L each with a grade of “C” or better. This course will provide a survey of the sheep and goat industries. Included is a study of the management of commercial, purebred and small farm flocks, selecting, feeding, breeding and basic care of small ruminants, as well as the marketing of sheep, goats, and their products.
