ART40C — Printmaking III
Units: 2 Hours: 108 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every term This course is a study of more complex printmaking processes and applications. Students will begin to identify types of printmaking that they wish to focus on for creative and technical advancement. This course emphasizes refinement and application of Printmaking techniques, including monotype, relief (linocut and woodcut), intaglio (drypoint, etching, and collagraph) for the solution of more complex design problems. This course requires an additional $60 lab materials fee. (UC, CSU)
