PHED 1400 - Fitness for Living III PHED 1400 - Fitness for Living III 1 Credit(s) An individual fitness program which encompasses these health related components for physical activity: cardio respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. There will be additional emphasis on the development of programs focusing on healthy backs and becoming a smart health consumer.
