LGL 117 - Law Office Procedures III LGL 117 - Law Office Procedures III 5 Total Credits Students study the Washington Court Rules including general procedures of court filings, with emphasis on electronic filing, and calendaring case schedules. Students prepare complex legal correspondence and pleadings. Students learn how to read case citations and cite and type legal authorities using the Uniform System of Citations. To avoid violations of conflict of interest, unauthorized practice of law, and other violations and maintain client confidentiality, students will review and understand the Washington Rules of Professional Conduct.
