AMT 60 — Aviation Maintenance Powerplant A

This course prepares students with the skills and technical knowledge they need to perform maintenance on aircraft in the aviation maintenance industry. The content of this course is a variety of powerplant maintenance subjects required by the Federal Aviation Administration as part of the Aviation Maintenance Technology Program. Topics covered will include: reciprocating engines, reciprocating engine inspection, reciprocating engine ignition and starting systems, and reciprocating engine induction and cooling systems.
