AUTO 107 with a “C” or better or ELEC 101 with a “C” or better 2 hrs lectures; 0 hrs lab 2 hrs credit Battery Technologies applies the technologies used in modern battery storage systems. Topics covered will include battery chemistries, DC characteristics, how to safely handle cells and battery packs, manufacturing practices of battery packs and installation of battery packs in a variety of applications.
