CRMJ2310 — Communication in Criminal Justice
This course is a comprehensive introduction to effective communication skills used by criminal justice professionals. Topics include professional writing, legal writing, presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and communication with diverse populations and special needs groups. Legal and ethical issues will also be discussed. Prerequisite(s): ACT Reading score of 19 or satisfactory placement scores or completion of Learning Support Reading and ACT English score of 18 or satisfactory placement scores or completion of Learning Support Writing
