RTE3765 — Sectional Anatomy for Medical Imaging (BS)
Registered radiographers will identify sectional anatomy as it appears in computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. The ability to locate and identify structures in the axial, sagittal, coronal, and orthogonal planes is a necessary skill in imaging and therapeutic modalities. Volumetric data sets and 3-D reconstruction of the body structures are increasingly important to the critical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
