Topics Include the examination of the various organizational structures, and the application of administrative methods and theories to police, courts. and correctional agencies. Students will identify and evaluate principles of organizations in the criminal justice system; analyze the various structures of the organizations within the criminal justice system; identify and assess the goals of the criminal justice system and how an organization Is designed to accomplish these goals; and, construct policy Implications that arise from operations within the organization and its interactions with the community.
