LEGL 2713 - Bankruptcy Law LEGL 2713 - Bankruptcy Law Description Presents fundamental concepts of bankruptcy law, including the different types of bankruptcies and the substantive/procedural aspects of bankruptcy petitions, hearings, discharges and remedies.
