DRFT 2403 - Site Planning & Land Dev DRFT 2403 - Site Planning & Land Dev Description This course involves the study of land development as it pertains to residential subdivision design using AutoCAD Civil 3D in the preparation of AutoCAD drawings. Most of this course will include the production of construction documents associated lot layout, street design, utility placement, and drainage requirements. This course will emphasize student understanding in zoning and site development code with emphasis on advanced use of AutoCAD Civil 3D design tools. 3 Credit Hour(s)
