DRFT 2353 - Residential Design and Construction DRFT 2353 - Residential Design and Construction Description This course introduces students to the criteria and procedures for designing and documenting residential structures. Students will design and document a single-family home and learn the terminologies, codes, materials, and methods of construction for light wood framed dwellings. Emphasis is placed on design procedures, standards, practices and symbols to design and create construction drawings. 3 Credit Hour(s)
