CMJS 2073 - Police Administration CMJS 2073 - Police Administration Description Focus is placed on the evolution of police management concepts, theories and practices as well as on contemporary issues and approaches. A blend of old and new ideas in regard to motivation, leadership and evaluations are presented to illustrate current issues in police management. Recognize the issues and problems unique to police administration in such areas as communications, stress, labor relations, legal requirements, decision making, fiscal management, productivity measurement, and politics.
