PNE 122 - Nursing Care of the Child PNE 122 - Nursing Care of the Child Min This course focuses on nursing care of the child from infancy through adolescence with health care needs. Emphasis is placed on growth and developmental concepts with nursing care directed in a family-centered holistic approach. Health promotion, maintenance, and restoration of the child are examined. Legal and ethical directives are reviewed. This is an eight week course. Lecture: 1.5 Lab: 3 Prerequisite(s): A minimum of a “C” grade or higher: PNE 120 , PNE 123 , PSY 110 Co-requisite(s): PSY 230 , PNE 117 / PNE 118 or PNE 119 and PNE 121
