EET 221 - Digital Circuits EET 221 - Digital Circuits Min In this course the student will be introduced to the fundamentals of digital logic that forms the basis of digital electronic systems. Topics include number systems and codes, logic gates, Boolean algebra, and logic simplification using key theorems. Elementary digital circuits will be explored including: encoders, adders, multiplexers, flip-flops, counters, shift registers, and memory devices. Integrated circuit (IC) technologies and applications will also be discussed. These topics will be learned through text, presentations, various exercises, and hands-on labs.
