AGR 101 - Survey of Animal Agriculture AGR 101 - Survey of Animal Agriculture Min Introductory course in the science and management of animal agriculture production systems and its products. Beef and dairy cattle, sheep, poultry, swine, and equine industries are primarily addressed. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of animal nutrition, reproduction, genetics, anatomy and physiology, and health topics.
