Students will develop and demonstrate knowledge of the 12 core functions of a substance abuse counselor. It will prepare students for further education in the specialized field of addictions counseling. UG 3 Lecture Hour(s); Required Demonstrate knowledge of Code of Ethics Exams- weeks 6, 11 and 16.
