The course focuses on organizational behavior, legal, economics and technical issues. The course also focuses on acquiring, motivating and retaining employees. The emphasis of the course deals with implementing and assessing policies and processes consistent with the legal, social and human and environmental dynamics. Lecture 3 hours per week.
