EDUC 1213 - Education Profession EDUC 1213 - Education Profession This course provides an overview of the education profession. Topics include school organization, educator roles, school curriculum, teacher characteristics, contemporary issues, careers in education, legal and ethical concerns, and the certification and admission process. Thirty hours of observations in a school are required. Lecture 3 hours per week.
