MUS 106 — Western Music History II: 1750 to Present

Formerly MUS 11B Survey of music history and literature from 1750 to the present, including cultural, intellectual, and social influences. This course provides an in-depth examination of the development of Western European music through analysis and synthesizing of historical details and stylistic elements of the musical trends of the era. Attending at least one live concert is required.
