College-level algebra course. This course covers polynomial, rational, and radical expressions; factoring of polynomials, complex numbers; exponents; linear, quadratic, rational, exponential and logarithmic functions: graphing, expressions, equations and their applications; linear and nonlinear inequalities; theory of polynomial equations; systems of linear and quadratic equations.
