MATH 1003 - Intermediate Algebra MATH 1003 - Intermediate Algebra 3 sem hrs cr This course is required for students whose ACT or Accuplacer scores indicate the need for learning support in mathematics and who plan to take MATH 1710 or MATH 1720 . Topics include factoring, rational expressions, radicals, and functions and their graphs. This course includes proctored exams which must be completed on campus or at an instructor-approved proctoring center which may require additional costs to the student.
