BIO 203 — Anatomy & Physiology I

This course will study the structure and function of the human body. Human cadavers and other mammalian materials are used. Major topics covered are: anatomical terminology; some concepts in chemistry; cell structure, function, and division; genetics; tissues; the integumentary, skeletal/joints, muscular, and nervous systems. Lecture three hours, laboratory three hours per week.

Prerequisites: BIO 102, BIO 110, CHM 100, CHM 105
