Description: Students will develop strength, flexibility, endurance, movement memory, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness with the use of the step unit in an aerobic format. Introduces basic fitness concepts as well as basic movement skills and exercise. 54.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
