Continues to cover basic zoo keeping skills by providing the student with the opportunity to apply the theory and principles of animal care and handling with the Teaching Zoo's animals. Develops essential skills for the care of domestic and non-domestic animals through a “hands-on” approach. Provides the student with the opportunity to demonstrate the required proficiency to conduct large carnivore shifting procedure.
