Associate in Arts - Applied Psychology
Making a positive difference in people’s lives involves applying knowledge of human needs and abilities to help others solve problems and live healthy, productive and fulfilling lives. Those choosing an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in Applied Psychology develop the knowledge and skills necessary for taking a scientific approach to understanding human behavior and mental processes and to fostering healthy human development. They learn to identify, analyze and synthesize information needed to communicate and work cooperatively with others from a diverse range of perspectives, attitudes and skills. The coursework prepares students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
