CEQAL728 — Leading With Data
This customized seminar provides participants with a basic overview of business mathematics and data analysis. In module 1, participants are introduced to the basics of math for business including decimals, fractions, and percentages. They will also gain an understand of statistical fundamentals and graphical analysis tools. In module 2, participants will learn to examine the SCDHHS yearly strategic plan, evaluate the measures that apply to their department, and develop methods for setting and tracking departmental metrics.
