CEPMG569 — Project Management Principles
This course teaches the most important principles and practices related to project management through a combination of classroom lectures, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. The course content is consistent with the latest edition of "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge"(PMBOK® Guide) and other standards and guides from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and will prepare you for either the Certified Associate in Project Management certification (CAPM) or the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
