CELDS731 — Managing Distance Workers
This course is designed to help first-line and middle managers fully understand the concepts of managing distance workers. They will learn how to plan adequately to get the program and the employee off to a good start, manage the employee and themselves to make the distance work situations a success, and apply sound risk management to distance work situations.
