CELDS539 — Jump Start for Team Leaders
Becoming a team lead can bring a wealth of new situations and responsibilities that we are not always prepared to handle. Jump Start is designed to address some of the most common areas of need for team leaders. This course is not intended to be an all-inclusive body of knowledge, but rather a jump-start to helping team leads gain the skills and confidence necessary to perform their job.
