0.3 credits · 0.3 hours

Organizations require diverse groups of people to come together to work toward common goals. Each person brings to the job a particular set of skills, values, attitudes and behaviors. But, while employees must work together, they are seldom able to choose their boss, co-workers, or subordinates. Under these circumstances, problems can develop between individuals who must work together, but would prefer not to. This course is designed to help participants accept somoe behaviors as inevitable and learn how to deal effectively with those behaviors that will not change.
