CECDS536 — Pre-Supervisory People Skills
This program is designed for persons interested in becoming supervisors. Sometimes dealing with people in the workplace seems more difficult than the technical aspects of the job. Motivation, delegation, and communication skills will be reviewed. Also offered are practical suggestions for ways to manage people effectively. Some of the more difficult tasks--dealing with problem employees and giving them feedback--will be explored. You will come away with useful information and ideas that you can use immediately.
