LANHT 4 — Plant Materials: Shrubs ID and Culture with Lab (Day)

Not open for credit to students who have completed or are currently enrolled in LANHT 4E. Identification and culture of shrubs used in Bay Area landscapes: Climate, soil, and water preferences; garden culture; pest and disease problems; and pruning and propagation. The lab includes planting, garden renovation, classroom demonstrations, and field trips to prominent Bay Area landscapes.
